This week, we are proud to announce that Justin Cook got client Eifert’s public intoxication ticket dismissed outright at the municipal court house located at 401 Frio Street.  This ticket can be expunged immediately! Mr. Eifert hired us only one day previous to us obtaining the dismissal.   Of course, we cannot promise these results to all clients, as the results will depend on the individual facts of a given case.

More New From Last Week:

Cook & Cook met an all time record last week by getting a dismissal on a theft by check case only one hour after being hired.  The theft by check client agreed to pay restitution for her ticket in exchange for getting a dismissal.  In two years the theft by check case of Texas v. Miller is eligible to be expunged.

The Firm got a name change granted before Judge Stryker for the soon to be married Adam Gonzalez-Malone.  The criminal department is presently working full time on two pending felony criminal appeals, which will be completed in the coming month.

Finally, the Cook & Cook Law Firm took on several new divorce cases last week which it looks forward to handling in the coming two months.  This about sums up our last couple of weeks!
