In the honorable County Court at Law 12, we were so pleased to get our client’s Motion to Revoke Probation Dismissed. Our client was charged with a new number 1 offense, but had done very well on her probation. The probation department, State of Texas, and Court agreed to terminate our client’s probation, and withdraw the Motion to Revoke.
The most important lesson here:Â Do everything on your probation to a “t” and you will be in a far more advantageous position if you face a motion to revoke in Bexar County.
