Assault Family Violence Case Dismissed Today!

We are so proud to report the outcome of our Client’s assault family violence case in County Court 13 on April 6th, 2015.  Specifically, the Case of Guthrie v. State was set for a jury trial, and the Cook & Cook Law Firm announced it was ready to select a jury. MTR DISMISSED–BEXAR COUNTY MARCH 2015

In the honorable County Court at Law 12, we were so pleased to get our client’s Motion to Revoke Probation Dismissed. Our client was charged with a new number 1 offense, but had done very well on her probation. The probation department, State of Texas, and Court agreed to terminate our client’s probation, and withdraw the Motion to Revoke.  This week, we are proud to announce that Justin Cook got client Eifert’s public intoxication ticket dismissed outright at the municipal court house located at 401 Frio Street.  This ticket can be expunged immediately!
